For Guests:

• Greet with: “Hello, welcome to Lavish Studios! Please grab your guest badge and have a seat in the waiting room until the manager or CEO is available.”
• If guests engage in excessive personal conversation, ask them to move to private messages. If behavior becomes disruptive, notify security or a manager. If the CEO isn’t present, have management or security contact them.

For Models:

• Greet with: “Hello, welcome to Lavish Studios! Please grab your LSM badge and wait for the CEO or manager.”
• Models are responsible for their guests. If drama occurs, handle it like you would with a guest—ask them to leave or consult security/management. Always greet models by name and familiarize yourself with who they are.

Recruitment

• During quiet times, inquire if guests are interested in becoming models, receptionists, or security. Models and receptionists must be 18+ (17 may be accepted with no friend code or age on badges). Security must be 21+ and located in the US/Canada only. Ask about their age and ensure they follow @lavishstudios24 on Instagram. Direct them to the link in the bio to apply.

Reminders:

•  Remind models of deadlines and current themes once, and keep track of those remaining for shoots. Update the receptionist chat and remove names from the list as photos are taken. 

 Remember to remind everyone about badge requirements.

Operating Hours:

•  The agency operates from 8 AM to 5 PM CT. Verify if staff is present before joining.

   Ensure that guests and models adhere to agency rules. Address any disruptive behavior promptly and involve security or management if necessary.

   Keep the reception area tidy, manage appointment schedules, and ensure all necessary materials (like forms and badges) are readily available for guests and models.
