4. Greeting and handling all guest with respect 

5. You are responsible for any friend(s) who come to the agency.  

6. Schedules and shoot ideas MUST remain confidential.  (management team dedicates our time and make effortlessly creative decisions 2-5 months in advance)

7. Reminding models their schedule shoots themes.
