1. Access Control:

   •Monitor agency premises. Verify identification and issue badges as needed.

2. Monitoring Activities:

   •Observe and monitor the activities around the agency & groups. If applications is presented follow procedures review application & affiliation process.

3. Incident Response:

   •Respond promptly to any incidents, disturbances. This includes addressing disruptive behavior, handling conflicts, and calling for assistance when necessary.

4. Reporting Issues:

   •Document and report any security incidents or policy violations to management. Maintain clear communication with agency staff regarding any concerns that arise during shifts. 

5. Assisting Models and Guests:

   Provide assistance to models and guests as needed, including helping with directions, answering questions, and ensuring they feel safe and welcome.

Security Guidelines

At the Agency:

1. Identification Verification:

   - All models, visitors, and staff must wear their designated badges (Guest, LSM for models, LSS for security, Management, CEO) at all times.

2. Confidentiality and Privacy:

   - Respect the confidentiality of agency operations. All shoots, applications, and interviews are private. Collaboration with outsiders is prohibited unless authorized.

3. Professional Behavior:

   - Maintain a professional demeanor and treat everyone with respect. Harassment and inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Address conflicts quickly and involve the CEO for removal if necessary. Document incidents and report to Security Chat.——————————————————————Group Chats:

1. Privacy Protection:

   - Do not share personal information unless consent is given. Avoid screenshots or sharing messages outside the group.

2. Appropriate Content:

   - Keep discussions relevant. Do not share projects from other agencies. For personal showcases, message a manager or use the designated Discord channel.

3. No Spamming:

   - Avoid spam messages, excessive links, and clutter. Limit emojis and GIFs, especially in scheduling chats.

4. Respectful Communication:

   - Treat all members respectfully. Harassment, bullying, or aggressive behavior is not tolerated. Address disagreements privately and include a manager and security if needed.
